The Relics Car Club is a tight knit group of friends. It's about more than just the cars, it's about the people. We don't just go to car shows and wear the same t-shirt, we help each other out, and make it a point to hang out at least once a week. Our club was created in 2005, but we have been around much longer than that, we just didn't have a name for ourselves. The Relics have grown from a club that some of our members used to belong to, The Road Relics. A few years ago, we used to get in our VW's and drive out to San Jose every tuesday night, it was something we all looked forward to. Then on the weekends we would cruise to shows and camp out, and when there was no show we would sometimes just go for a cruise and barbeque. Over time some peoples interest faded, and the lack of group involvment really ruined it for a lot of people.
We are a traditional car club that takes pride in driving the old steel. We don't have finished cars, as we believe that a car can always be improved.

This is why we formed the Relics, we want to bring back the old days. When we just wanted to hang out and have fun with each other. That's why there are no strict rules like a lot of other car clubs have. We just ask that the best effort is made to participate, the other rule is you can't be a jerk. That's pretty much it, we all prefer cars made before 1964 but that doesn't always matter. You may be a really great person, and that and a love for cars is enough. I could go on all day, but if you really want to find out who we are come to John's Burger any Friday night around 7:00pm. Hang out get to know us, ask us what outing is coming up and you will surely be invited to come out and have a good time with us.
With all that said I forgot to mention, we are based in Livermore, California. We meet up weekly at John's Char-Burgers @ 2617 Old 1st st., Livermore, Ca 94550 at around 7pm. So stop by hang out, have a burger, and shoot the breeze.
The annual feast brings all of us together, some members prefer the Relic's Thanksgiving to the traditional family version.
